Find Respite & Be Refreshed

Yes. Thank you, Lord. No need to fear. No need to be upset or anxious. No need to fight. Lies are of the devil. Lies hurt. Being misjudged hurts. Being misunderstood hurts. But this is amazing promise. Stay close to God. Stay in the Word. God is truth. He knows the truth. His Word is truth. In the end, that is what matters the most. And in the end, the Truth WILL set you free. 🙏🏻
Yes He does. 🙂 My soul needs to be restored from time to time. The trials, stresses, distractions, and busyness of life start to take their toll. And then there is God. And I give it all to Him. And He reminds me that He is sovereign over it all. And that all I need to do is follow Him, and He will take care of me. 😊
What a comfort! God is everywhere. He is sovereign over it all. He is orchestrating everything for our best and for His glory. All we need to do is trust and obey. He is our light in the darkness. Our comfort during the storm. Our strength when we are weak. Our help in times of trouble. We need not fear when we are nestled safely in His arms. We can live life to the fullest!
Amen. It’s worth it.
Amen. All of the most amazing things happen only after the Lord is placed first, above all things. And above all others.
I love this because it is such an encouraging reminder that the Lord has personally created each of us for a purpose. And He has created each and every stage of life for an amazing purpose as well. He is always there. Our value and worth never goes away. It never diminishes.
That joy, peace, blessed assurance, and satisfaction as a result of surrender, and putting all else second and making the Lord #1 in all things. If we could only live that way 100% of the time. 🙂 This is one of my favorite verses.
